At what age can a child start attending your Pre-school?
We accept children from 18 months.

When is it the most suitable to begin with learning English?
It is proven that it is the best to start as soon as possible. Most of the studies say that it is optimal to start at the age of 2.

Won’t the child be stressed when it begins without any knowledge of English language?
Absolutely not. Children at this age take up a foreign language as a different thing that the olders. Within adaptation process the verbal communication forms only cca 20-30% of total communication (according to the age of a child). Other forms of nonverbal communication – e.g. context, gesticulation, face-play etc. but also collective team of friends – it makes the child possible to get off or sense the situation. Fully qualified and experienced teacher helps this definitely. Adaptation process can last weeks or months. To each newly come child we approach with maximum care and we try to make him involved in the collective team. If this doesn’t happen, we guarantee not accepting the next child.

Shall I speak English to a child at home or prepare it anyhow?
In case you are not bilingual, it is better not to teach the child anything because your child can learn mistakes! Whereas, it is better to develop and improve the diction in Czech.

What is the opening time of the Pre-school?
Every day except weekends and holidays from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

Can a child attend the Pre-school less than 5x a week?
To ensure the continuance of General education program, it is necessary to keep the same time of educating of each child and make the class indentical. Only this is ensured by attendance 4x-5x a week. It is possible to give a child to Pre-school temporary for a month in case the child is younger than 2 years.

How is the sequence of education in English language ensured after finishing the Pre-school?
The sequence to Pre-school led by suggestopedic method is already at disposal ensured in some of the primary schools in Brno. From EU projects we train this method of teaching for usage in primary schools.

How many children are there for one teacher?
Children under 2 years are in groups of maximum 3 and are taken care by one teacher. Children who are older are in groups of 6 and have one teacher as well. When doing some activities (e.g. swimming is the rate more favourable apart from playing in neighbourhood of Pre-school.)
